LOCATION: We are locally based in the city of Sammamish, just east of Seattle in King County, Washington, U.S.A.
We also keep a few of our limousine scattered around the county, from Seattle to North Bend. This keeps us close to Interstate-5, our state's most popular North/South gateway (beside Seattle and SeaTacInternationalAirport), and close to Interstate-90, our state's most popular East/West gateway (running from Puget Sound to SnoqualmiePass and beyond).
24-HOUR RESERVATIONS ~
We can accept reservations, if made and confirmed over 24 hours in advance of most events. "24-Hour Reservations" means we do our best to take your call anytime (please leave a detailed message from an unblocked number) for reserving a car and driver for anytime a full day out or even further in advance when possible.
On Call (we are experimenting with the concept of being available on a more urgent basis) ~
Need something sooner, due to an unexpected situation or unplanned event? Life happens, and perhaps we can help ease the situation.
Even if our fleet and drivers are booked at the moment, we will look for gaps or situations that may be flexible for special accommodations. If you need an unscheduled ride to or from a location in or near King County, we may have a driver "on call" within an hour or possibly less (depending on your local and the driver's current location).
Please understand that we are not like a taxi service with dozens of drivers just waiting for a call. Our desire is that your experience be less rushed and far more comfortable. However, one of our drivers may well be finishing up a run and have time to be "On Call" for an unplanned event. Give us a call and leave a message (we may be unavailable for a few minutes if serving a scheduled client).
Quite often we have a driver within an hour or two of you even (if in or near the King County area) ... often until well after midnight.
Please also be aware that the planned events must take president and that we have learned that we cannot do On Call runs too closely with traffic situations and more beyond our control. In other word, we have learned that we need that extra bit of buffer time to refuel, vacuum and wash the car, restock basic beverages and wash glasses, perhaps add ice, to keep everyone's experience as happy as possible.
